Veronica Isabelle Stubberud is a norwegian/danish oboist currently based in London, where she is doing a Post-graduate Artist Diploma in Oboe Performance at the Royal College of Music, studying with principal oboists of the London Symphony Orchestra Juliana Koch and Olivier Stankiewicz. She recently graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Music, where she did her Master of Music degree with teachers Max Artved and Joakim Dam Thomsen. She also holds a bachelor degree from the Royal Academy of Music Aarhus, where she studied under principal oboist of Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, Oliver Nordahl.

Veronica is an active orchestral and chamber musician, and is regularly playing with many of the professional orchestras in Denmark, as well as several international and nordic youth orchestras. She has participated in numerous masterclasses, eg. with Alexei Ogrintchouk, the MURI Masterclasses (with Christoph Hartmann, Emmanuel Abbühl and Simon Fuchs) and Klausen Masterclass (with Nick Deutsch and David Walter).

Her studies at RCM is generously supported by the Opperby Stokowsky Scholarship, Foundation Idella, Annemarie Mortens Legat, Augustinus Fonden and William Demant Fonden amongst others.
